Scope of Work
General Requirements: The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor and Materials Necessary for the Complete and Satisfactory Performance in Providing the Services. The Company Must Have Been in Business Providing Similar Services for a Minimum of Five (5) Years. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for Providing Quality Requested Service in Accordance With Industry, Standards, Plans, Directions and Instructions a Provided by Nvmhi. o Nvmhi Campus is a Tobacco Free Area and That No Smoking or Tobacco Products Are Allowed. o the Contractor Shall Provide Copy of Contractor's and Business Licenses to Agency Prior to Award. o the Contractor Shall Provide a Copy of Liability Insurance to Agency Prior to Award. o Any Damage to Existing Equipment or Finished Surfaces Resulting From the Performance Shall Be Repaired to the Commonwealth's Satisfaction at the Contractor's Sole Expense. o the Contractor Acknowledges and Agrees That the Price Quoted Shall Be for the Requested Services. Additional Extra Charges Will Not Be Allowed. o the Contractor Agrees to Indemnify, Defend and Hold Harmless the Commonwealth of Virginia, Its Officers, Agents, and Employees From Any Claims, Damages and Actions of Any Kind or Nature, Whether at Law or in Equity, Arising From or Caused by the Use of Any Materials, Goods, or Equipment of Any Kind by the Contractor.
