SaskEnergy would like to establish a pool of qualified consulting firms to provide consulting engineering services related to the development of technical specifications and drawings for natural gas regulation equipment (low and high pressure) and associated piping facilities; for a variety of future construction projects in various locations throughout the province of Saskatchewan on an "as required" basis. This includes, but not limited to: 1. building design, 2. civil engineering services, 3. structural engineering services, 4. piping mechanical design, 5. geotechnical services Scope of work could include design services for the following: 1. Engineered metal buildings (self-framing and structural frame). 2. Steel skid and associated piles. 3. Pier or pile design for external station piping. 4. Structural analysis on piping facilities. 5. Piping mechanical design for regulator stations. 6. Site surveying, topographical mapping, and geotechnical analysis. 7. Development of site preparation plans including but not limited to grading, fencing, soil compaction, etc Mandatory Requirement: 1. Proponent and their service deliverable team members must be licensed and registered in the province of Saskatchewan with APEGS to practice consulting services for the engineering services that are to be offered. SaskEnergy may, in its sole discretion, reject the proposal if the proponent, or any member of the proponent, is currently engaged in a dispute with SaskEnergy involving mediation, arbitration or litigation The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
