Completion: Installation of new units must be completed on or before Friday August 30th, 2024. The District seeks to install three (3) custom built APS owned multi zone HVAC systems to replace and improve upon the existing system at Crawford Elementary School (1600 Florence St. Aurora, CO 80010). Performance Labor & Material Bond: A Performance Labor & Material Bond will be required of the successful bidder. This bond will be in the amount of 100% of your bid and will be due prior to the commencement of any work. Please submit bond to April Cooke @ amcooke@aurorak12.org within ten (10) working days after notification of award of bid. The School District reserves sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals, re-advertise for proposals and to waive any or all formalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
