Renovation of a water / sewer project in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Owner invites tenders for, Project scope described below: .1 Area 1 and 2: Remove existing roof assemblies over the main roof and install a new conventional insulated roof assembly with tapered insulation, new skylights, metal flashings and roof penetration flashings. .2 Area 3: Remove the existing inverted roof assembly and install a new inverted roof assembly with new insulation, drainage mat and flashings. Concrete pavers are to be stored for reinstallation. Remove and replace existing metal cladding to accommodate roof installation. Install metal cladding and cap flashings over the perimeter parapet walls. A fixed ladder will be installed from the roof deck to the upper main roof areas. .3 Area 4: Install a new inverted roof assembly with new insulation, drainage mat, concrete pavers and flashings over existing concrete. Remove and replace the exterior metal clad wall, allowing for the installation of a through-wall flashing and membrane system. Once the roof membrane replacement work is completed, the wall cladding will be reinstated. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
