Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Pittsboro is seeking statements of qualifications from interested Engineering Firms to complete planning and design services for an expansion to the existing Robeson Creek Greenway. The Robeson Creek Greenway currently extends approximately 2,000 feet from Sanford Road (US 15-501) to South Small Street. The existing alignment generally follows the creek and sanitary sewer easement. The greenway expansion will extend approximately 3,000 feet to the southern point of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Drive. The final alignment for the green way expansion is to be determined. Potential alignment options are included in Attachment B.
