In general, the successful bidder will provide turf maintenance products for the City's Walking Stick Golf Course on an as needed basis. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery and unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the items listed within this bid. The City's Walking Stick Golf Course has spent approximately $34,819.00 on turf maintenance and related products for the last 4 years. The annual average spend is $8,705.00; however, some years had higher spend and other lower spend based on the environmental conditions and needs of the City's Golf Course. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department using the Question-and-Answer section of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. All awards shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds and only after the receipt of a Purchase Order. The City of Pueblo, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (79 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for any award.
