Reference Number 0000262824 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/08 10:00:00 AM EST Pricing Lump sum The Mandate consists of developing the design and detailed engineering for the production of tender documents. The project has 3 components: 1.Component 1: Design plans and specifications and project monitoring; 2. Part 2: Office assistance during the construction of the 120 kV substation. 3. Part 3: Analysis of the environmental effects of the project (under construction and in operation) and other requirements of the Decision Statement. The Service Provider must provide all necessary services including, but not limited to, engineering, surveyors and/or architects and specialists in high voltage equipment and the environment required for the completion of the Mandate. The related costs will be clearly identified in its price schedule in Appendix C2 of its service offer. The Service Provider will commission a laboratory for the geotechnical study and environmental characterization if required. The insurance policy includes the following guarantees and provisions: i. liability arising from the ownership, existence, maintenance, use and operation of premises by the Service Provider; ii. liability arising from activities necessary or related to the performance of the Contract; iii. the extension of the Material damage - extended formula guarantee; iv. liability arising from the removal or weakening of a support supporting property, buildings or land, whether this support is natural or not; v. liability for any bodily injury, including death, and any property damage arising from the ownership, use, maintenance, operation, including loading and unloading of vehicles and equipment whose registration is not is not required by law to travel on public roads and is not covered by any automobile insurance; vi. non-owner automobile insurance; vii. liability arising from the use of lifting devices (including elevators, winches and other similar devices, and their accessories); viii. contingent or contingent employer liability insurance; ix. the liability assumed under the Contract; x. liability arising from Product/After works risks; xi. reciprocal liability (or individuality of the guarantee), which provides that: 1. the insurance contract applies to claims for compensation presented by the Service Provider, the APM or Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
