Furnish All Labor, Material and Equipment for the removal and replacement/installation of four (4) rooftop HVAC/package units at Fire Station #81 located at 11301 Acacia Pkwy, Garden Grove CA, per the bid specifications. Prevailing wages are required for this project as defined by Labor Code, section 1771. Per Labor Code, Section 1773.2, copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file with the City and will be made available to any interested party upon written request. All Bids shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the final proposal due date. The City of Garden Grove reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received. Bids or required bid documents submitted via mail, fax or email will not be accepted for any reason.
