Val Verde County is soliciting request for proposals from contractors for services to construct a baseball field area of approximately 52,500 square feet and a perimeter fencing area of approximately 895.50 linear feet complete with, but not limited to, laying sod, leveling and spreading red clay sand at Long Memorial Park, 1176 Lenawee Avenue, Del Rio Tx, 78840. The deadline for submission of proposals is 2:00 P.M. (CDST) on February 13, 2024. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting proposer. Val Verde County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors submitting timely proposals.
