Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,997-square-foot religious / funeral development; 3,029-square-foot religious / funeral development; and 1,911-square-foot restaurant.
_Scope of work consists of the construction of three (3) new facilities; The Sanctuary Facility approximately 3,997 sf, JELM Facility approximately 3,029 sf and the Food Pantry Facility approximately 1,911 sf. Site work including, but not limited to: utilities, parking, ramps, stairs, handrails, walkways, signage, and landscaping. All three (3) facility projects will be awarded to one contractor. Each project shall be bid separately, however the three (3) shall be awarded to the contractor based on their combined total of the three (3) project bids. SANCTUARY BUILDING: ROOF ASSEMBLY ONLY: A. Remove the 1" Continuous Rigid Insulation and second layer Cover Board at Roof only. 1" Rigid Insulation shall remain at all Wall Assemblies. Roof Attic Cavity Foam-In-Place R-38 Insulation with Intumescent Thermal Barrier, at the underside, of all roof deck shall remain. i. Revised: 2018 IECC Building Envelope ComCheck.
