Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Painted Post, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
New Groundwater Well 7. The Project includes the following Work: This EDA investment supports the installation of a new groundwater supply well to address lack of capacity and continued high water quality demanded for the advanced manufacturing industrial users in the service area. This entails demolition of the existing site, construction of new well house to include pump room, chlorine room, fluoride room and appurtenances. The Erwin IDA reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) 20% Combined Goal Erwin IDA and the Town of Erwin are an Equal Opportunity Employer. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
