Question Deadline 01/30/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Pre-Bid Meeting No Firms who fail to meet the minimum qualifications set forth below should not submit a proposal; any such proposal shall be deemed non-responsive and not be considered. Project Duration one year with 4 additional one year renewal term The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Warehouse Operation Services, with work to commence on or about April 1, 2024, and be completed on June 30, 2025. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. At the discretion of the City, any or all parts of the respondent's proposal shall be made a binding part of the selected firm's contract. The City reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any of the proposals. 1) Minimum three (3) years of experience performing similar services for a California public agency as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Complete the section B. Company Information and D. References in the Business Information Form (Attachment III) to demonstrate your firm meets minimum qualifications. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to select the proposal that best meets the City’s needs.
