As of August 7, 2025, an engineer has been selected, and this project is in the final design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in 4-6 weeks. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Brief Description: The City of Clearwater is seeking a firm to provide design services for the construction of a new Airpark Terminal, Parking Lot and associated infrastructure improvements at the Clearwater Municipal Airpark. All questions regarding the contents of this solicitation, and solicitation process (including requests for ADA accommodations), shall be directed solely to the Contact listed on Page One (1).
