Subcontractor bids are hereby requested for Richardson ISD, Hamilton Park Elementary School. This project will be one consecutive project in the field and the intent is to award both packages to the same subcontractor. Package 01: Interior renovations to existing elementary school building to start May 2024. Package 02: Addition of connector building between existing school and auditorium building with site work to start August 2024.
