Under the general supervision of the City Mayor or his designated representatives, Design Professional shall provide as-needed professional Civil Engineering services by Task Orders on an hourly basis. Civil Engineering Services include, but are not necessarily limited to preparation of construction documents for; water/sewer/storm drain rehab/replacement projects, water/sewer facility improvement projects, street/sidewalk/bike lane improvement projects, various structural improvement projects, preparation of environmental documents, assist in the acquisition of various permits, perform hydrology/hydraulic analysis, provide bid and construction support services and other support services, including but not limited to structural, electrical, transportation, water resources, survey, landscape architecture, geotechnical, environmental, etc. These services will be provided according to City directions and in conformance with the current California Building Code/Uniform Building Code, California Title 24 Accessibility Standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act/Americans with Disabilities Act Design Guidelines including professional standards of practice established by the City. This includes all amendments and revisions of these standards as adopted by the City.
