Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cathedral City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of furnishing all supervision and labor, materials, necessary equipment and tools, utility work, traffic control, and public services coordination required for the completion of the Project. The proposed street improvements include pulverization of existing asphalt pavement, shaping, moisturizing, and compacting existing base material and asphalt concrete (AC) overlay, sidewalk gap closures, concrete driveway approaches, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, and curb and gutter gap closures, removal and construction of garden walls, pavement striping, lowering and raising utilities to final grade from Olancha Road to Ortega Road along the east side of Via De Anza and the Arrowhead Road east Cul-de-sac in the City of Cathedral City. Improvements also include construction of ductile iron water pipeline and abandonment of existing concrete water pipeline.
