Upgrades to YMCA Aquatic Center Slide Structure In any event, the public is encouraged to attend the bid opening process virtually in lieu of attending the meeting in person. Bid openings for this project will be live-streamed from the City Clerks Office. The City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Pembroke Pines. Online Bid Opening - The City may not be opening up the physical location for public access. As a result, meetings may be a combination of in-person and virtual, all as provided by law.
