Taking Bids For A Two (2) Year Requirement Contract For Elevator Maintenance And Repair Services At All The District's Facilities. The Awarded Bidder Shall Perform Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, Testing Services, Certifications, And As Needed Repairs To Nineteen (19) Elevators Located At Six (6) Different Facilities Owned And Operated By The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Prevailing Wages And Bid Bond Are Required. Non-mandatory Elevator Inspections For Bidders Are Available To Acquaint Themselves With The Elevators And The Scope Of The Tasks To Be Performed Under This Contract. Bidders Must Inspect The Elevators At Each Facility Prior To The End Of Day February 1, 2024. The Minimum Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) To Be Worn During The Site Inspections Includes A Hard Hat, Safety Glasses With Side Shields And Steel-toed Boots. The Inspections Must Be Made By Appointment With The Designated Representatives Listed In Section Ds-2 Of The Bid Package. Also Listed In The Bid Package Are The Addresses, Telephone Numbers And Number Of Elevators At Each Facility See Section Ds-2. All questions, or requests for information related to the bid documents, shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contract Administrator Lead, Nikki Zippay at zippayn@neorsd.org by 12:00 noon on April 22, 2024.
