PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project, located at 140 School Drive, Snow Hill, NC, consists of the Multi-Phased Construction of the Greene Central High School (approximately 130,000 SQFT), Site Work (approximately 1706 ACRE) and demolition and abatement of the Existing Greene Central High School (approximately 134,033 SQFT) as the last phase. Site Work shall consist of grading, storm drainage, utilities, site improvements, paving, landscaping, and fencing. The New School shall be 2 stories supported by a steel structure.
