Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lanark, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 3,2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The Corporation of the Township of Montague is inviting Tenders for the Rehabilitation of King Street and Matheson Drive. King Street Rehabilitation (120m) will consist of removal of existing Asphalt surface, and Granular to a depth of 260mm (material taken to Montague Office located at 6547 Roger Stevens Drive, Smiths Falls), 200mm lift of Granular A placed, with a 60mm lift of asphalt. There will be one (1) iron adjustment at the intersection of King Street and Rideau Avenue South. The existing roadway is 5.5m, the new construction will be a 7.5m paved surface, with a gravel rounded shoulder. All driveways will be replaced with the existing surface to the property limit. Matheson Drive Rehabilitation (200m) (between Rideau Avenue North and Jubilee Street) will consist of removal of existing Asphalt surface, and Granular to a depth of 260mm (material taken to Montague Office located at 6547 Roger Stevens Drive, Smiths Falls), 200mm lift of Granular A placed, with a 60mm lift of asphalt. The existing roadway is +/-5.5m, the new construction will be a 6.0-6.5m paved surface, with a gravel rounded shoulder.
