Purpose The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for Water Treatment Packages needed at Beaver Creek Elementary School District. 2. Background A. Beaver Creek Elementary School District is located approximately 120 miles north of Phoenix in Yavapai County. The District operates on a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year. B. The district has made a determination that it is in is best interest to use electronic submission for competitive sealed bids for this project through its procurement consultant, Sunny Path Associates, LLC. Bonfire is an electronic portal for receiving, opening, and recording bids and proposals digitally. Vendors must create a Bonfire account at no cost to submit a bid response and submission of the bid for this project must be uploaded using the Bonfire portal.
