Swinerton Builders is seeking subcontractors to submit bid on the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) ITF Auxiliary Curbs project in Los Angeles, CA. Construction will take place in around operating Airport long term parking lots and rental car facilities. This project will consist of three areas of construction with different permit sets for each location: Auxiliary Curbs at ITF West (adjacent to Economy Parking Structure), Auxiliary Curbs at ITF East (adjacent to ConRAC Rental Car Facility), and ITF West adjacent roadwork. This project is subject to Federal prevailing wage, LAWA PLA, 30% Local Hire. Trade Package(s) forthis bid include: Building Abatement, Pavement Markings. ITF West Aux Curbs - Hazardous material abatement for buildings to be demolished. Scope includes lead and asbestos abatement. - Pavement markings for 260,000 SF of hardscape pavement areas. Scope includes striping, vehicle directional signages, painted curbs, crosswalk, drop-off / pick-up zone, etc. ITF East Aux Curbs - Pavement markings for 190,000 SF of hardscape pavement areas. Scope includes striping, vehicle directional signages, painted curbs, crosswalk, drop-off / pick-up zone, parking stalls, etc. ITF West Adjacent Roadwork (Airport Blvd., 93rd St., 94th St., 96th St., 96th Place, Westchester Pkwy, Arbor Vitae) - Pavement markings for 280,000 SF of roadway pavements.
