Renovation of a conference / convention center in Lyon Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Provide the following work for the Roof Replacement of Lake Ontario, Lake Superior & Lake Michigan Lodges at the Ralph A MacMullan Conference Center, Roscommon, MI.: The removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, eave and gable drip edges, and thru-roof vent flashing. The removal of existing turbine vents and patching openings in the roof and the removal of existing siding, sheathing and/or vents at new gable vent locations. Installation of ridge and gable end vents and gutters as indicated on the drawings. The Bidder shall include in the base bid unit pricing to remove and replace roof deck boards in case decking is wet and/or decaying. All existing decking to be removed shall be reviewed and approved by the Architect. The Bidder must figure its Base Bid on the specified, or Addendum-approved, materials and equipment only. No "or equal" or substitution proposals will be permitted after Bid opening, except as provided in the General Conditions.
