Macon Municipal Utilities is requesting qualifications for engineering services to address necessary improvements ofboth its drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. The engineering services required may include associated planning (to include necessary studies), stakeholder communications, construction oversight ofthe project. Facility plans and engineering reports should adhere to 10 CSR 20-8.110 Engineering -Reports, Plans, and Specifications. All or part ofproject funding is through the Missouri Department ofNatural Resources' Financial Assistance Center. Qualification information provided to the Macon MunicipalUtilities shall include: A. The specialized experience and technical competence ofthe firm with respect to the type ofservices required (20 points). B. The capacity and capability ofthe firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion ofthe project (20 points). C. The past record ofperformance ofthe firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality ofwork, and ability to meet schedules (10 points). D. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located (10 points). E. The firm's professional experience in designing water & wastewater treatment systems (20 points).
