Proposal Nm HEN110038 County: Henry DBE Goal: 7.00 Two Lane Resurfacing C/R/S: Hen-SR 108/SR 109-16.57/00.00 Resurf (Part 1 and Part 2) Completion Date: 10/31/2025 Part 1: for Improving Various Sections in the City of Napoleon, the Village of Hamler, and Within Freedom, Henry, Liberty, Marion, and Napoleon Townships, of Henry County, Ohio, in Accordance With Plans and Specifications by Performing Pavement Repairs and Resurfacing on Approximately 12 Miles of Several Sections of State Routes 108 and 109, Including All Related Items of Work. Project Includes a Structure Rehab, Which Includes Replacing the Existing Deck and Portions of the Abutment on Hen-109-18.76 (Over North Turkeyfoot Creek). Part 2: Includes Resurfacing Approximately 0.75 Miles of Scott St Through the City of Napoleon, Including All Related Items of Work. Each bidder is required to file with his bid a certified check or cashiers check for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of its bid, but in no event more than fifty thousand dollars, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of its bid payable to the Director of Transportation. Electronic bid bonds will be verified upon submission of bids through Bid Express. Bidders must obtain and verify a Bond ID number from the surety.
