Site work and paving for a road / highway in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project Consists of Approximately 3.5 Miles of Trail Along the Roaring Brook Between Elmhurst Township and Dunmore Borough Including Culvert Installations and All Related Work as Shown on the Construction Plans. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified/cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount, Made Payable to Lackawanna County. The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. If Written Notice of the Acceptance of This Bid is Mailed or Delivered to the Bidder Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, or at Any Time Thereafter Before the Bid is Withdrawn, the Bidder Agrees to Execute and Deliver the Agreement in the Form Prescribed Lackawanna County. Proposals Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Containing the Bid and Bid Bond, Certificate of Authority For Out-of-state Contractors Only, and All Other Required Bid Documents and Shall Be Addressed to the Lackawanna County Controller's Office, and Shall Be Plainly Marked With the Wording, "Bid for Lackawanna County North Pocono Trail Project.
