Bids are being solicited only from responsible and established known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the work of Sanitary Sewer Relocation. Satisfactory evidence that the bidder has the necessary capital, equipment, and personnel to do the work may be required. Each proposal greater than $100,000 shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified check of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond amounting to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
