This project is for the upgrades to AHU 3 at the Kentucky Clinic. AHU 3 is located on 5th Floor in Mechanical Room. This project will include the replacement of AHU supply fans, heating coils, cooling coils, and all associated controls, VFD(s), chilled water and hot water control valves. Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Capital Construction Procurement, no later than 2/7/2024 at 1:00 PM Lexington, KYTime. The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
