The Town of Silver City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities therein and to determine which is the best bid. Site Walkthrough By Appointment Bidder is suggested to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. All access to the Site other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner or Engineer contact for visiting the Site: Chris McCoy of PSC 662-590-6527.
