Reference number: 1787575 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-05 The Municipality of Saint-Félix-de-Valois wishes to receive bids for the extension and connection of services from rue Henri-L.-Chevrette to rue Poirier. Real estate development is to be expected in the future. The purpose of the work at the intersection is to relocate the existing sanitary sewer outside the intersection to the north of Chemin de Saint-Jean. No changes to the concrete islands are to be expected for this mandate. A complete construction of the road, including paving, markings, lighting, as well as sidewalks and curbs are to be expected. The work also aims to develop a multipurpose path. Consideration should be given to repairing existing structures affected by the work. The work is not exhaustive but can be summarized as follows: - Extension and connection of water and sewer pipes; - Redevelopment of intersection Rue Henri-L.-Chevrette Street and Rue Saint-Jean; - Placement of culverts; - Drainage and stormwater management; - Construction of the pavement structure, paving and marking; - Sidewalks and curbs; - Development of the multipurpose path; -Lighting; -Landscaping; - Repair of the structures affected by the work; As well as all related work necessary for the completion of this Agreement.
