The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond of 100% for two years of the Final Contract Price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. The Charter Township of Clinton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award the agreement to other than the low proposal, to negotiate the terms and conditions of all and any part of the bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make award in the manner as determined to be in the Township's best interest and its sole discretion. This work consists of providing labor, equipment and materials to remove miscellaneous structures, materials and debris; perform clearing within the limits of the parking lot and bioretention area work shown on the plans; and perform earthwork activities required to grade the area, as shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. Complete this work in accordance with the standard specifications and this special provision
