Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.

The project generally consists of the resurfacing and/or reconstruction of two (2) basketball located at Wicker Park and Woodcliff Park located within the Township of Marlboro. The court at Woodcliff Park will be milled and overlaid, and the court at Wicker Park shall be reconstructed to full depth with the replacement of dense graded aggregate base course and HMA base course and surface course. The courts at both locations will receive new acrylic color coating, nets, hoops, and goal posts, as well as tree trimming and fence replacement as required. No refunds will be made. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders who obtain bid documents to check the Marlboro Township website for any addenda issued prior to the bid opening. Failure to do so could result in the rejection of your submission. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may also be examined at the office of the Marlboro Township Municipal Clerk, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. All required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Any reference in the bid specification documents to the terms "Proposal" or "Proposer" shall be construed to have the same meaning as the terms "Bid" or "Bidder" pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.) and all other applicable local, state and federal laws.
