The work for the Spring Creek Park North Pond Bank Stabilization Project 2024 includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the construction of SY of Type 4 TRM, TON Class E Rip Rap, SY of Flex-a-Mat, ACRE Native Seeding, and ACRE Type 2 Erosion Control Seeding. The location of improvement is around the north pond within Spring Creek Park, near the corner of 24th St SE and 10th Ave SE in Altoona, Iowa. Est. Value: $ 512,000.00 Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2025 Faithful performance of the contract, in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the contract. The bidder's security shall be in the amount fixed in the Instruction to Bidders and Shall be in the form of a cashier's check or a certified check drawn on an FDIC insured bank in Iowa or on an FDIC insured bank chartered under the laws of the United States. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in an amount equal to 100% of its contract price.
