Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the bidder and with the date and time of the bid opening. The City of Overland is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the preventive mechanical maintenance of the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems of various city owned facilities. Any and all technical questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to Mr. Scott Pope (Director of Municipal Operations) at (314) 428-1814 or via email at scottp@overlandmo.org. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked and shall include the name of the bidder and the date and time of the bid opening.
