Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Duncansville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,100-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Alterations to Duncansville Community Contract 1: General Construction Contract 2: Plumbing Construction Contract 3: HVAC Construction Contract 4: Electrical Contruction Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or approved surety company's Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish the owner with acceptable performance and material payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum. The Project includes renovation of approximately 2,100 square feet of existing open social hall space to be converted into new borough and police office space, and includes all related HVAC, plumbing and electrical construction Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Architect will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid Documents are also available electronically for a non-refundable charge of $20.00. Prospective Bidders are advised that this project shall be subject to and governed by provision of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Federal Davis Bacon wage act. Bidders shall prepare their bids after giving consideration to the applicability of said wage rates. Work The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities, defects, errors, omissions, mistakes or irregularities in proposals, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make awards as may be deemed in its best *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $300,000 to $400,000.
