Annual Requirements Contract for Window Washing Services Countywide. Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for Window Washing Services for the County. Question Cutt off Date & Time 2/6/2024 09:00:00 AM (ET) The initial term of CONTRACT shall be from date of award through December 31, 2024. the option to renew CONTRACT for an additional four (4), one (1) period(s) from its expiration date COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and all bids received by reason of this request. COUNTY reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity The scope of work consists of furnishing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide window washing to various locations throughout County, Nevada. It is the intent of Clark County that window washing operations are performed with a high standard of quality. All equipment and materials required for window washing shall be acceptable industrial quality and approved under all Federal, State, and OSHA regulations.
