Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Auburn, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Boykin Community Center HVAC Replacement Project The work will consist principally of the following approximate quantities: ITEM DESCRIPTION UNIT BID PRICE 01 Install City-Furnished Equipment Specified on the Schedules in the Plan Sheets, Including Rooftop Heat Pumps (8), Roof Curbs (8), and Thermostats. Existing Wall-Mounted Packaged Unit to be Abandoned in Place, Openings to Outdoors Sealed. Coordinate Transport from 4277 Wire Road, Auburn, AL to Jobsite. 1 02 Provide Power for New HVAC Rooftop Units and Disconnect Power for Existing Wall-Mounted Packaged HVAC Units. Guarantee will be required with each bid in the amount of at least five percent (not to exceed $10,000) of the amount bid in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Auburn, Alabama. The City reserves the right to select the lowest responsible bidder as the best interest of the City may require, to award the purchase contract from any of the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bids received.
