Scope of Work 3.1 The objective of this project is to: 3.2 Perform a home energy assessment (pre-audit and post-audit) as per the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program. 3.3 All addresses throughout all the communities have been pre-registered within the Enbridge system and prospect numbers can be provided to the successful bidder. 3.4 Review existing Designated Substance Report and identify relevant missing information that could impact the scope of this project. 3.5 Submit a Pre-Audit Report and meet with OCH to review. Albion Heatherington Community - 150 homes. Strathcona-Sentier Community - 159 homes. Scotthill Community - 25 homes. Cavan Lepage Community - 15 homes. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
