Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
* Tender was awarded to: Chitt-Tronics Ltd., 417 HWY 48 PO BOX 253 Montmarte, Saskatchewan S0G 3M0 at $238,089.75 River Heights Lodge currently has 2 doors being managed by resident wander management hardware. The facility is looking to reduce its risk for resident elopement by securing all doors residents can egress from. River Heights lodge is looking to install wander management on 24 doors that will meet building code requirements and provide a safe environment. For convenience, a list of hardware specifics that has been used in other Saskatchewan Health Authority facilities has been provided in Appendix E as a reference guide only. Data Sheets have also been provided as a convenience. Approved equivalents may be considered when referenced against specifications listed in Appendix E. Install all components and electrical required for Resident Wander Management system to secure floor exits as outlined in the attachment. Licences, permits, insurance costs are the responsibility of the Vendor. Daily Clean-up required with all task work, responsibility of the Vendor. Infection Prevention and Control measures to be included in Vendors'' costs and coordinated with IPAC representatives and SHA Project team. Installer must be trained and certified for Resident Wander Management application outlined in the RFP.
