Site work for a mixed-use development in Hallettsville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Hallettsville ISD will accept proposals from all subcontractors for the following items: Job A: Perimeter Fencing at Hallettsville Elementary and High School until 3:00 P.M. on February 2, 2024. Job B: Perimeter Fencing at Hallettsville Junior High School until 3:00 P.M. on February 2, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any formalities in the proposal process and to accept the proposal which it considers the best value to the Owner. Job A: Approximately 1,655 feet of fencing (mixed wrought iron and chain link) including 3 double gates, 1 single gate, and 4 rolling vehicle gates. The rolling vehicle gates will be automated in the near future. That project is not part of this bid specification, but the gate must have the ability to be integrated into this system at a later time. Gates will have emergency egress hardware and has features to prevent opening from the exterior without a kay or combination mechanism. Job B: Approximately 1,979 feet of fencing (mixed wrought iron and chain link) including 2 double gates, 2 single gates, and 2 rolling vehicle gates. The rolling vehicle gates will be automated in the near future. That project is not part of this bid specification, but the gate must have the ability to be integrated into this system at a later time.
