No bids received Estimated Cost $150,000 Project Installation of new pole lighting at Chicopee H.S. with underground power distribution. The Contractor under this section shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, appliances and equipment necessary to restore all disturbed grass and landscaped areas to conditions equal to or better than before the work began and to the satisfaction of the Ownerís Representative, including preparation of final subgrading in planting areas, finished grading and furnishing and spreading of sufficient loam, soil treatment, plantings of all types, grass seeding, as required to complete the work of TURF AND GRASSES as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein in a professional manner B. The following schedule is part, but not necessarily all-inclusive, of the items in this division of the contract: 1. Confirm the availability of all plant materials specified on the plans, or submit substitutions as provided for herein. 2. Inspect & maintain all erosion and sedimentation controls. 3. Initiate installation of earthen materials and hard landscape features. 4. Install all plant materials and mulch as required. 5. Fine grade all areas. 6. Seed or sod all areas, as required.
