Reference number : 1801797 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-08 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 1 The Societe des establishments de plein air du Quebec (the "Sepaq") is requesting bids from suppliers interested in supplying polymer culvert modules (the "Culverts") to Mont-Tremblant National Park (the "Establishment" or the " Park "). The Supplier must supply all of the following types of culvert modules (all polymer): o 16 modules of straight polymer arch culverts 1 to 2 meters long, 2 to 2.5 meters wide and 1 to 1.3 meters high; o 16 connectors to connect straight culvert modules. Culverts must be able to withstand a minimum off-road load of 69,000 pounds (31,298 kg) per axle with an overlap of 0.61 meters (24 inches). For example, "Enviro-Span" type culverts from the "Soleno" brand correspond to the requested products. The Culverts must be delivered on pallets and ready to be unloaded. The Culverts must be delivered no later than March 25, 2024 to 4456, chemin du Lac-Superieur (Quebec) J0T 1P0, all in accordance with the general and specific conditions.
