The term of the contract for the Services shall be one (1) year from the date of execution. The Contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods upon written mutual agreement of the City and the successful bidder. Pricing in any renewal term may not increase more than the published CPI of the Denver area. The City of Loveland, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Infield Laser Grading. The City Parks Division maintains 20 baseball/softball fields for both internal and external user groups which includes both league play and tournament play. Skinned infield maintenance is a high priority and a focus area for staff. The Parks Division is looking for qualified Contractors to perform annual laser grading of skinned infields determined by the City. Up to 6 fields may require laser grading annually. Laser grading must be performed during the off season which is from November 1 - February 14 annually. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The City reserves the right to accept any and all bids or parts thereof; to reject any and all bids; and to waive irregularities and informalities. Bids received after the time specified for bid opening will be returned unopened.
