Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/02/12 04:00:00 PM NST 1 Provide All Labour, Material, Equipment, Superintendence, Temporary Facilities, Permits and Administration to Perform the Work Outlined Below and Described in Greater Detail in the Specification and Drawings Attached Herto and Forming Part of the Documents for This Project. .2 Contractor to Provide Nl Housing With a Copy of All Permits Required and Certificates of Inspections Prior to Release of Payments of the Contract. 3 All Work is to Be Completed in Accordance With All Related Specifications Attached. 4 Contractor Responsible to Verify All Measurements on Site and Provide Nl Housing With Shop Drawings Prior to Start of Work. All Measurements and Quantities in Scope/drawings as Estimated and for Bidding Purposes Only. .5 Contractor to Ensure All Work is Completed in Accordance With the Current Edition of the National Building Code and Electrical Code. 1perform All Work Within Existing Safety Requirements of Jurisdictional Authorities, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations, National Building Code - Section 8 "Safety Measures at Construction and Demolition Sites" and All Other Relevant Acts, Ordinances, by-laws, Regulations and Codes. 2protect Adjoining Buildings and Sites From Damage Caused by This Work and Make Good, at No Cost to Owner, Any Such Damages. 3 Protect the Property of Tenants and Interior Finishes by Using Drop Sheets, Tarpaulins, Etc. 4pump Dry Excavations, Pits and Other Construction Holes or Depressions. 5remove Snow and Ice Immediately From All Parts of the Building Except From Finished Roof. .6 Immediately Repair, Resod and Replant Any Damaged Lawns, Planting, Landscaping Area or Building Surfaces or Structures. 7do Not Store Materials in Building in a Manner to Overload the Structure Beyond Its Design Capacity. 8 Keep Surfaces to Be Finished Free of Dirt, Grease, Oil and Other Deleterious Materials Which May Impair the Subsequent Application of Finishes. 9schedule Finish Work at End of Construction When Interference From Tradesmen is at a Minimum. 10do Not Allow Heavy or Rough Items to Rest Against Finished Surfaces. 11protect Each Finished Surface of Completed Work by Methods Approved by Its Applicator. 12protect Roof Membranes From Damage Following Their Installation and During Remainder of Project Work. 13enforce Fire Prevention Methods at Site: Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
