Renovation of an educational facility in Hudson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Caldwell Community College is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Health Sciences Building proposed to be located on the main campus in Hudson, NC. This project is for a new facility of approximately 60,000 sf and renovations to building H of approximately 12,000 sf. The project will consist of Higher Education Allied Health Classrooms, Clinic space, and General Administrative Offices. The new work has an estimated construction budget of over $50,000,000. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law, including MBE, verification and other requirements. As a general guide to prospective proposers, the Construction Manager-at--Risk Selection Procedures adopted by the North Carolina State Building Commission, will be employed in this process.
