Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of rehabilitation of approximately 155,000 SF of the existing asphalt parallel taxiway at Fulton County Airport and full depth reconstruction of approximately 7,200 SF at various locations. This project includes crack repairs, milling, asphalt overlay, grading, drainage and marking improvements. The project will be bid as a Base Bid and Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Technical questions shall be directed to Matthew Nissen of Passero Associates via email at mnissen@passero.com. All questions shall be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.
