The City of Port Moody recently adopted a permanent pay parking strategy which targets five different locations in the City with a peak daytime occupancy rate exceeding 85%. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, supply, install, and support a pay parking system at these locations with the immediate main goal of increasing parking availability and turnover. The City has identified the following five locations to implement pay parking (see Schedule E for location map): Rocky Point Park parking lots (222 parking spots) Esplanade Avenue from Rocky Point Park to Murray Street - street parking on both sides of the road, no marked parking spots (approximately 62 spots) Murray Street from Columbia Street to Williams Street (not including the Rocky Point Park Off-Leash Dog Park parking lot) - street parking on both sides of the road, no marked parking spots (approximately 62 spots) Commercial parking on Morrisey Street and Suter Brook Way (approximately 25 spots) Ungless Way from Noons Creek Drive to Guildford Way - street parking on both sides of the road, no marked parking spots (approximately 32 parking spots) Total: 403 parking spots Documents can be obtained from https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline: Tue Feb 13, 2024 12:00 PM (PST) Awarded to Indigo Park Canada (1310, 1140 West Pender, Vancouver British Columbia, V6E 4G1).
