The Town of Cary (Cary) is seeking proposals from qualified licensed firms to perform Architectural (Professional) Services for various types of capital improvement projects. The selected Professional(s) shall assist in completing various services and will be selected based on firm experience and the needs of the project. Cary does not guarantee a minimum amount of work under this agreement and there may be other services related to Architectural projects that are requested depending on project need. Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest.
