Waco Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors that can provide pricing for Wireless Access Points for Kendrick Elementary school. Pricing offered should meet the specifications as outlined in this RFP. No refurbished equipment is acceptable. The proposed pricing must include a complete bill of materials including an applicable shipping licenses, and standard Manufacture Warranty. Last Date for Questions Thursday, February 1, 2024 @ 3:00 P.M. For questions, please post to the online bidding system. This Solicitation must remain open for acceptance for a period of at least ninety (90) days. It is the intent of the District to award this bid at the March 2024, Board of Trustee Meeting. The District reserves the right to deny any or all proposals associated with this RFP, even with USAC E-Rate funding approval. Furthermore, if beneficial to the District, Waco ISD reserves the right to accept the pricing proposal and locally fund (proceed with project or purchase) regardless of E-Rate approval. Bidder must clearly define contract terms for all pricing submitted. The District may consider multi-year contracts featuring voluntary renewals. The term should include as a minimum the period April 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Products may be purchased as early as April 1, 2024 through the end of E-Rate FY2024, September 30, 2025. The District is not responsible for late proposals. The District's online bidding site will automatically close the bid at the designated date and time, allowing no submission past that time.
