Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seneca, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purchase of 3M Safety and Security Film including installation - The School District of Oconee County is inviting all qualified firms to provide the supplies, equipment and labor for the installation of 3M Safety and Security Film. The District's standard of safety and security film is the 3M Ultra Safety S800 films, the Ultra Prestige S70, Ultra Night Vision S25 and 3M Impact Protection Adhesive, all manufactured by the 3M company. The family of films includes shatter-resistance, IR-rejecting, solar control, clear window films designed to be applied to exterior window surfaces to hold broken glass together and reduce solar heat and ultra-violet light. Contractor must be a certified installer and dealer by 3M(C) before bid due date. Contractor must comply with all installation requirements that 3M specifies. SDOC reserves the right to reject any/all quotes and to waive any informalities and technicalities so as to purchase in the best interest of the school district. All questions must be emailed to Shannon Gibson at sgibson1@sdoc.org. The Deadline for written questions is January 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM. All bidders must submit one (1) original and two (2) paper copies of their Bid, along with all required documentation as specified within this Request for Bid.
